After the order has been submitted, On the Light Side will contact you regarding the Total Cost , including applicable Sales Tax and Freight Charges, and request payment information.

FREIGHT CLAIMS:

All shipments must be INSPECTED IMMEDIATELY for breakage. We use the best packaging methods available to us, and we are not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit once the shipment has been received in good condition by the Carrier. If a carton is received damaged, or you suspect concealed damage, inspect the carton immediately. The customer must file all claims with the carrier for damage or shortage. Most carriers require notification within 48 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. On the Light Side will charge the customer for any replacement ordered, whether or not the customer has filed a claim with the carrier.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE:

30 Days. No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. A full refund will be credited to the credit card account used for the purchase, less shipping and/or handling charges. The credit will be applied as soon as we receive the merchandise, provided the merchandise is returned in its original, saleable condition.
